My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was incredible, right on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for pure relaxation and offering access to sea bathing and free sit-on-top kayaks. On the other hand, the service fell short as the hotel and dining room managers were not as friendly as I would have liked. Despite this, the day tours to Yucatan were unforgettable, thanks to the very helpful and kind staff. The dining experience, while unique with its stooping down feature, lacked variety and could have been better.

Our room had a beautiful view of the well-landscaped grounds and the Gulf of Mexico. The ancient stone-like private covered porch/balcony added a charming touch. The king-size beds would have been preferred over two small beds for added comfort.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with the only downside being the absence of king size beds. The service was exceptional, with Armando May standing out for his excellent day tours despite language constraints. The location by the Gulf of Mexico was superb, offering serene views and access to sea activities. The dining experience, while unique, might not cater to everyone's tastes.

Staying at this hotel was like a little slice of paradise! The rooms facing the Gulf of Mexico were absolutely stunning, especially the ones with a patio overlooking the beach and the Gulf. The private beach, free kayak and volleyball rentals, pool, and spacious rooms made my stay unforgettable. However, booking one more night might be a consideration, given the wonderful experience.
